Austin Equestrian Center offers birthday parties, riding and horse camps during school breaks, day camps and intensive riding courses for children. Our staff will determine if a child can participate in the events depending on age and riding ability.

Birthday parties

The facility of Austin Equestrian Center can be rented for birthday parties. Birthday parties can include pony rides for the children (see Pricing and Other Services). The facility can be rented from 1 hour to a whole day.

You can bring your own food and drinks to have a BBQ in the air conditioned club house.

Barn sleep over

Sleep over includes a minii lesson for each rider, plus mounted games suitable to group's riding ability. This is followed by an evening of fun and games in an air conditioned club house. Ages 8 to 12 - Minimum of 4 children - call for more information. 512.233.6700

Camps

Austin Equestrian Center offers camps for children 6 years of age and older. The AEC staff has specialists with a background in classical riding, art, drama, physical education, and dance. We focus on education general horsemanship in a fun and safe environment. We involve movement classes, dance, balance training and art to simplify structures and theories of classical riding.
